Terminology
Rename the core words your customers see, so the CRM matches how your studio talks. For example, call memberships "Programs" or ranks "Belts".
- Go to Settings → Terminology.
- For each term, type your own Singular and Plural words. Leave a row blank to keep the default.

- Check the Preview to see your words in real sentences.
- Click Save changes. Use Reset on a row, or Reset all, to go back.
Changes apply across the admin, student portal, public checkout pages and emails.
