Go to Reports for your studio's numbers. The top cards show Monthly Revenue, Active Members, Monthly Check-ins and Collection Rate. Below are the report groups and your Popular Reports (MRR Breakdown, Churn Analysis, Class Popularity, Payment Collection).
Each report page has a date range, a view menu to switch between reports, and Export CSV.
Revenue & Financial
Overview, Plan Sales, MRR Breakdown, Payment Collection, Refunds, Sales Tax, Income by Category, Products Sold, Retail Inventory, Re-order Report, Revenue Forecast, Upcoming Payments, Expiring Credit Cards, Membership Issues, Transactions and Billing Health.
Membership & Retention
Growth Trends, All Memberships, Upcoming Renewals, Upcoming Expirations, Cancellations, Paused Memberships, Churn Analysis, At-Risk Members, Over-Attending, Remaining Balance, Upgrades, Churn Predictor, Cohort Analysis, Membership Longevity, Members Without Subscription, Unsigned Agreements, Promotion Eligibility and Birthdays.
The Growth Trends view shows Active Members, New Signups, Churned, Churn Rate, Avg. Lifetime and At Risk.
Attendance & Engagement
Daily Trends, Check-in Log, Class Popularity, Top Students, Attendance per Roster, Roster: Daily / Weekly / Monthly, Attendance Since Promotion and MIA Report.
The Daily Trends view shows Total Check-ins, Unique Students, Avg per Day, Busiest Day and Top Class.
Promotions
Reports → Promotions covers belt testing: Outcomes, Belt Forecast (by Event), Students, Belt Forecast (Roster-wide) for ordering belts, and Rank Breakdown. Filter by event.
