Seasonal Programs
This article will walk you through how to use the Seasonal Programs feature inside the Market Muscles CRM, located under the Studio Operations tab.
Seasonal Programs are ideal for managing Summer Camps, After-School Programs, and other multi-week specialty programs.
The Key Steps
1. Click the Studio Operations tab in the left-hand navigation menu of your CRM Dashboard.
2. Click on Seasonal Programs.
Here, you’ll see all created seasonal programs.
Creating or Viewing a Seasonal Program
3. Click Create Program (or click an existing program to view details).
Inside a Seasonal Program, you can configure:
- Available Weeks
- Pricing per week
- Groups
- Enrollment settings
- Check-ins
- Requirements
- Payment structure
Setting Up Program Weeks
You can create multiple weeks within a program.
For example:
- Week 1
- Week 2
- Week 3
Each week can have its own:
- Start and End Dates
- Pricing
This allows families to register for one or multiple weeks.
Creating Groups
You can create Groups within your program to organize participants.
This is useful if you:
- Separate by age group
- Separate by skill level
- Separate by instructor
Managing Enrollment
Inside the program, you can:
- View all enrolled participants
- See what weeks they selected
- Track enrollment numbers
You can also copy the Program Link to share publicly so families can enroll themselves.
Daily Check-Ins
Seasonal Programs include a Check-In feature.
This allows you to:
- Track daily attendance
- Check students in for each camp day
Perfect for summer camps or recurring after-school programs.
Setting Requirements
You can require participants to complete specific items before enrollment.
For example:
- Signed Agreement
- Uploaded Documents (such as Immunization Records)
These can be marked as required, ensuring families complete them before finalizing registration.
Creating Pricing Tiers (Volume Discounts)
4. Add a Pricing Tier to create volume discounts.
For example:
- Minimum Weeks: 2
- Discount: 10% off
This allows you to reward families who register for multiple weeks.
You can set:
- Minimum number of weeks
- Maximum number of weeks
- Percentage discount or fixed amount discount
Payment & Checkout Experience
When families use the enrollment link:
- They select the Weeks they want
- Multi-week discounts automatically apply (if configured)
- They enter Participant information
- They enter Parent/Guardian information
- They proceed to Review & Pay
You can view all payments and enrollment details inside the program dashboard.
After-School Program Setup
Seasonal Programs can also be used for After-School Programs.
In addition to weeks and pricing, you can:
- Add Pickup Schools
- Enter:
- School Address
- Pickup Time
- Notes
You can also require documentation just like with summer camps.
Tracking & Managing Your Program
Inside each Seasonal Program, you can:
- View enrolled students
- Track payments
- Manage required documents
- Oversee weekly enrollment
- Monitor attendance
