Social Posts

In this article, we’ll walk through the Social Post feature located under the Marketing tab and explain how to create, schedule, and manage posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Google.


The Key Steps


1. Navigate to Social Posts

Click the Marketing tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Social Posts.

Here, you will see:

  • A list of all created posts
  • Post status (Draft, Scheduled, Published)
  • Engagement overview
  • A calendar view of scheduled content

2. View & Manage Existing Posts

You can:

  • Click into a post to view details
  • See engagement metrics
  • Preview what the post looks like
  • Open the post directly on Facebook (if published)

The Calendar View allows you to visually see:

  • Upcoming scheduled posts
  • Previously published content

3. Create a New Post

Click New Post.

You can:

  • Write your own caption
  • Leave the caption blank (if posting media only)
  • Use AI Write to generate a caption

Example prompt for AI:

“New Kids Martial Arts program starting next week.”

The AI will generate caption text that you can edit before posting.


4. Generate AI Images (Optional)

You can also use AI Image Generation.

Simply describe the image you want, and the system will generate a visual based on your prompt.

You can also manually upload:

  • Images
  • Videos

These will attach to your post before publishing.


5. Choose Platforms

Select which connected platforms you want to post to:

  • Facebook Page
  • Instagram
  • Google Business Profile

(Accounts must be connected beforehand.)


6. Schedule or Publish

You can choose to:

  • Publish Immediately
  • Schedule for Later

If scheduling:

  • Select the date
  • Select the time
  • The system will use your location’s time zone

If you're not ready to publish:

  • Click Save as Draft

7. Manage & Track Engagement

After publishing, you can:

  • View engagement metrics
  • Monitor post performance
  • Make adjustments to future content

The Social Posts feature allows you to create, automate, and manage your social media content directly inside your CRM.
