Reports (CRM Dashboard)
This article will walk you through the Reports section inside your CRM Dashboard, where you can track revenue, memberships, attendance, custom reports, and business goals.

The Key Steps
- Click Reports in the CRM Dashboard.
You will land on the Reports Overview page.
From here, you’ll see major reporting categories including:
- Revenue & Financial
- Membership & Retention
- Attendance & Engagement
- Custom Reports
- Popular Reports
Revenue & Financial Reports
- Click into the Revenue section.
Here, you can view:
- Revenue summaries
- Sales tax reports
- Retail history
- Transactions
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Revenue sources
All revenue reports are exportable for accounting or bookkeeping purposes.
- Use the dropdown filters to refine the data.
- Click Export to download the report if needed.
Membership & Retention Reports
- Click into the Membership section.
Here you can access:
- Active memberships
- Cancellations
- Membership calendar view
- At-Risk Members
- Churn Predictor (Low Risk vs High Risk)
- Cohort Analysis (Retention by sign-up month)
- Membership longevity data
These reports help you monitor retention trends and identify members who may be at risk of canceling.
Attendance & Engagement Reports
- Click into Attendance & Engagement.
You can review:
- Top students
- Class popularity
- MIA (Missing in Action) report
- Engagement metrics
These insights help you identify participation trends and areas of opportunity.
Custom Reports
If you need more specific insights:
- Click Custom Reports.
- Click Create New Report.
From here you can:
- Name your report
- Select a date range (Today, This Week, This Month, Custom Range)
- Add widgets
There are dozens of widgets available (nearly 60 options) that allow you to build highly customized reports.
- Add widgets to build your report dashboard.
- Save the report once complete.
Schedule Report Delivery
- Set up Scheduled Delivery.
You can choose:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Select the delivery method:
- Email with PDF attachment
- Email with a link to the report
- Enter recipient email addresses.
You can add multiple recipients.
This allows leadership, managers, or accountants to automatically receive reports on a set schedule.
Goals & Business Objectives
The Reports section also allows you to create and track business goals.
- Click Create New Goal.
- Select a Metric to track.
For example:
- New Members
- Revenue
- Other performance indicators
- Set the Goal Frequency (e.g., Monthly).
- Enter the Target Amount.
Example:
- 10 new members per month
The system will track your progress toward that goal and display whether you’ve met it.
Goal Check-In with Kai
Kai is integrated into the Reports section to help you review your goals.
- Click the Kai Goal Check-In option.
Kai will:
- Assess your created goals
- Provide progress updates
- Offer insights into whether you're ahead or behind target
For example, it may indicate you are on track for new members but behind on revenue goals.
