HR Knowledge Base (Knowledge Base → HR)
This article will walk you through how to create and manage internal HR Knowledge Base articles for your team.

The Key Steps
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base section in your CRM.
- Click on the HR section.
This is where you will create and manage internal knowledge articles specifically for your team members.
Creating an HR Knowledge Article
- Click into the HR Knowledge Base section.
- Click the option to Add a New Article.
You can now begin entering your internal documentation, such as:
- How to handle refunds
- How to open or close the school
- Internal policies and procedures
- Staff guidelines
1. Enter Article Details
- Add a Title for the article.
- Enter the full content of the article in the description area.
Be as detailed as possible so your team has clear instructions to follow.
2. Assign a Category
- Select or create a Category for the article.
Categories help keep your HR Knowledge Base organized and easy to navigate.
3. Publish the Article
- Click Publish once the article is complete.
Once published:
- Team members can view the article.
- CHI (your AI assistant) can reference this information.
- Staff members asking CHI internal questions will receive answers pulled directly from these articles.
This ensures everyone on your team receives consistent, accurate information.
Editing an HR Knowledge Article
- Click the Edit button on any existing article.
From here, you can:
- Update the title
- Modify procedures
- Adjust categories
- Republish the updated version
This allows you to keep your internal processes current as your business evolves.
