Curriculum

Curriculum

This article will walk you through how to use the Curriculum section inside the Market Muscles CRM, located under the Studio Operations tab.

The Curriculum section allows you to create e-learning courses that are shared directly inside the Student Portal.

The Key Steps

1. Click the Studio Operations tab in the left-hand navigation menu of your CRM Dashboard.

2. Click on Curriculum.

Here, you’ll see a list of all created courses.

Creating a Course

3. Click Create Course.

When creating a course, you can:

  • Enter the Course Name
  • Upload a Course Image
  • Toggle the course to Published when ready

Once saved, the course will appear in your Curriculum dashboard.

Adding Modules to a Course

4. Click into a Course to begin building content.

Inside the course, you can add Modules.

A module is a section within your course (for example: Beginner Fundamentals).

5. Click Add Module and enter the Module Name.

You can rename modules at any time.

Adding Lessons to a Module

Inside each module, you can add multiple lessons.

6. Click Add Lesson.

For each lesson, you can include:

  • Lesson Name (Example: Intro to Stances)
  • Short Description
  • Video URL (if hosting a video lesson)
  • Lesson Content (text-based content)
  • Attachments (PDFs, documents, etc.)

You can continue adding as many lessons as needed within each module.

Once published, students will be able to view these lessons inside the Student Portal.

Setting Access Rules

7. Click Access Rules inside the Course.

This determines who can view the course.

You can restrict access by:

  • Rank (Example: Minimum rank of Senior White Belt)
  • Style
  • Roster (Anyone assigned to a specific roster)

Only students who meet the selected criteria will see the course inside their Student Portal.

How It Appears to Students

Once:

  • The course is Published
  • Lessons are added
  • Access Rules are set

Eligible students will see the course inside their Student Portal and can click into modules and lessons to view the content.
