Products – Studio Setup

In this article, we’ll walk through the Products section located under Studio Setup, including Memberships, Trials, and Retail products.

The Key Steps

1. Navigate to the Product Section

Click on Studio Setup in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click on Products.

You will see three primary areas:

  • Memberships
  • Trials
  • Retail

2. Create & Manage Memberships

Click Create Membership on the top-right.

You can choose to:

  • Set up with AI assistance
  • Set up Manually

Once inside a membership, you’ll see:

  • Payment Schedule
  • Membership Details

Configure Payment Frequency

You can customize how members are billed:

  • Yearly
  • Bi-weekly
  • Every X number of weeks
  • Specific days of the month (e.g., 1st and 15th)
  • Custom charge dates

Additional payment options include:

  • Prorate the first payment
  • Delay the first recurring payment
  • Enable a Hiatus option

Additional Membership Settings

You can also:

  • Hide the membership from the Tablet Kiosk
  • Select which Agreement is automatically sent upon signup
  • Limit the Number of Classes per Member

Once saved, the membership will be available for enrollment.

3. Create & Manage Trials

Click into the Trials section.

Trials are simpler to configure and include:

  • Price
  • Duration (by days or weeks)
  • Toggle for Active Enrollment
  • Select an associated Agreement (if required)

Save once complete to make the trial available.

4. Create & Manage Retail Products

Click into the Retail section.

For each retail product, you can configure:

  • Cost Price
  • Tax Rate
  • Inventory Quantity
  • Product Visibility:
    • Available on the Embedded Shop
    • Visible in the Student Portal
    • Available in the internal shop

Add Product Variants

You can create variants such as:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • Different versions

For each variant, you can:

  • Override the base price
  • Set a custom title
  • Adjust stock quantity

This allows you to manage inventory more accurately across multiple product options.
