Digital Signage (MMTV) 

In this article, we’ll walk through the Digital Signage section (MMTV) located under the Marketing tab and explain how to create, customize, and display content on your TV screens.

The Key Steps

1. Navigate to Digital Signage

Click the Marketing tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Digital Signage.

Here, you will see all existing screens you’ve created.

If you do not have a screen yet:

Click New Screen.

2. Choose Screen Orientation

When creating a new screen, select the orientation:

  • Portrait (Vertical TVs)
  • Landscape (Horizontal TVs)
  • Auto (Automatically adjusts)

Choose the layout that matches how your TV is mounted.

3. Add & Manage Slides

Once inside your screen editor:

  • Slides appear on the left-hand side
  • Click the + (Plus) button to add a new slide
  • Choose a layout (for example, 2x2 grid)

You can customize each section of the grid with different content.

4. Customize Slide Content

For each section of the slide, you can add:

  • Clock
  • Weather
  • QR Code
  • Image
  • Text
  • Quote
  • Media from your Media Library

Click any content block to edit its settings on the right-hand side.

Examples:

  • Set the weather location (e.g., New York)
  • Customize a QR code destination URL
  • Upload or select images
  • Adjust background colors
  • Choose 12-hour or 24-hour time format

You can modify layout elements at any time.

5. Set Slide Duration & Duplicate Slides

At the bottom of the slide settings, you can:

  • Set how long each slide displays
  • Duplicate a slide if you want a similar layout
  • Rearrange slide order

6. Add Branding & Tickers

You can also:

  • Add your Logo
  • Enable a News Ticker (scrolling message at the bottom)
  • Display rotating announcements or updates

7. Enable Low Bandwidth Mode (Optional)

If your internet connection is slower:

  • Turn on Low Bandwidth Mode
  • This reduces image quality to improve performance

8. Pair Your TV

To display your signage on a TV:

Click Pair TV.

On your TV’s browser:

  • Go to the provided /tv URL
  • A pairing code will appear
  • Enter that code into your CRM

Your TV will immediately connect to your screen.

Alternatively:

  • Copy the screen URL
  • Paste it directly into your TV browser

9. Refresh or Update Your Screen

If you make updates to your slides:

  • Click Refresh Screen
  • Your TV will update immediately with the new content

You can also:

  • Unpublish the screen
  • Edit settings at any time

The Digital Signage (MMTV) feature allows you to display dynamic, customizable content inside your studio using simple drag-and-drop tools.
