Media Library 

In this article, we’ll walk through the Media Library section located under the Communication tab and explain how to upload, organize, and manage media files in your CRM.


The Key Steps


1. Navigate to the Media Library

Click the Communication tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Media Library.

This is where all uploaded media files are stored.


2. View Uploaded Media

Inside the Media Library, you will see:

  • All media files uploaded to your CRM
  • Any folders you have created
  • A central location for managing images and files

This serves as your system-wide media storage.


3. Upload New Media

Click Upload to add new files.

You can upload:

  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Other supported media files

Once uploaded, these files will be available throughout the system.


4. Organize with Folders

To keep your files organized, you can:

  • Create folders
  • Move files into folders
  • Sort and manage your media more efficiently

This helps keep your content structured, especially if you use a lot of images for campaigns and templates.


5. Use Media Across the System

Files stored in the Media Library can be used in:

  • Email templates
  • Bulk messages
  • SMS (MMS) campaigns
  • Other communication areas

This allows you to easily reuse assets without uploading them multiple times.


6. View Details or Delete Files

Click on any media file to:

  • View the full image or file
  • Access the file URL
  • Delete the file if no longer needed

This is the central location where all media is managed.
