Dashboard Overview – New CRM

In this article, we’ll walk through the Dashboard section of the new CRM and explain each feature available to you.


The Key Steps

1. Use the Top Navigation Bar

At the top of your Dashboard, you’ll see several important tools:

  • Location Selector – Switch between different locations in your account.
  • Contact Search – Search for any contact in your system and quickly access their profile.
  • Refer & Earn – Access your referral link to share with others in your organization.
    • When someone signs up using your link, your progress will be tracked in the prize ladder displayed in this section.
  • Phone Button – Dial outbound calls or search for a contact to call directly.
    • When the system shows “Ready,” you can:
      • Make outbound calls
      • Receive inbound calls
      • Receive emails

2. Use Kai (AI Assistant) for Coaching & System Building

Kai has been updated in the new CRM and provides:

  • Coaching prompts
  • Quick wins
  • Workflow creation
  • Membership setup assistance
  • System-building guidance

You can also review your conversation history within this section.


3. Access Support & System Tools

On the top-right of your Dashboard, you’ll find:

  • Support Section
    • Open a support ticket
    • Start a live chat (when available)
    • Schedule a support call
  • Dark Mode Toggle
    • Switch between light and dark mode for your preferred viewing experience.
  • Report a Bug
    • Submit a bug report or issue.
    • Attach screenshots or files.
    • You’ll receive an email confirmation once submitted.
  • Notifications
    • View important updates happening in your system.
    • Click a notification to go directly to the referenced area.

4. Customize Your Dashboard

The Dashboard is user-based, meaning:

  • Each user has their own dashboard.
  • You can create multiple dashboards.
  • You can toggle widgets on or off.
  • You can reset the layout back to default at any time.

If a staff member does not have permission to view certain data (such as revenue), those widgets will not appear for them.


5. Join Onboarding Sessions

On the main Dashboard page, you’ll see the option to:

  • Join Onboarding Sessions
    • Click to access available onboarding sessions.
    • Choose the session that fits your needs.

6. Set Up Your Studio

Click into Studio to configure your system when first getting started.

Here you can set up:

  • Styles and ranks
  • Membership plans
  • System structure
  • Core business settings

This section ensures you're fully utilizing the CRM.


7. Understand Dashboard Widgets

Your Dashboard includes powerful widgets to track performance and activity, including:

  • Memberships
  • Monthly Vitals (toggle between months)
  • Revenue Goal Tracker
  • Daily Collections
  • Upcoming Appointments
  • Membership Growth
  • Conversion Funnels
  • Attendance
  • Lead Pipeline
  • Active Workflows
  • Trial Trackers
  • Classroom Popularity (by attendance)
  • Social Posts
  • Tasks
  • Custom Pipelines

You can organize and customize these widgets across multiple dashboards to focus only on the metrics that matter most to you.


8. Use Quick Search & Shortcuts

At the top of your Dashboard:

  • Use Quick Search to instantly navigate anywhere in the CRM.
    • Hotkey (Mac): Command + K

You can also:

  • Click the shortcut icon on supported pages
  • Add frequently used areas as shortcuts
  • Quickly jump between sections of the system
