How to Change Membership Detail for a Contact

The Key Steps

1. Once in a contact profile by searching for a contact in the top search bar of your dashboard and clicking on the name of the contact, or clicking the Contacts dropdown, clicking Overview, then clicking the name of the contact you'd like to edit membership information in your CRM dashboard.

2. Scroll down until you see the contacts Membership information section, where you should see the Active, Paused, and Past Memberships of this contact. 

3. Click the three-dot (kebab) menu to the right of the Active Membership you'd like to edit the details of for this contact.

4. Here you'll be able to change the Payment Method, Payment Amount, Billing Date, and Pause the membership or Replace it with another from the list of memberships you've built out in your Products section.
