Step 6 - Products

The Products section is where you create and manage sellable items inside Market Muscles CRM — whether it’s a membership, trial, t-shirt, birthday party, or event registration.

Types of Products You Can Create

Products are categorized to help you manage and organize your offerings:

  • Retail – Physical items like uniforms, gear, apparel, or drinks
  • Trials – Short-term introductory offers to let people try your program
  • Memberships – Full program enrollment options with automated billing
  • Events – One-off or recurring events like workshops, camps, or parties

Note: Each product type has slightly different setup fields to fit its purpose.

How Products Are Sold

There are two main ways to sell products through the CRM:

  1. Sales Pages
    • Public, shareable URLs for easy online selling
    • Use them in Facebook Ads, your website, QR codes, or via email/SMS
    • Customers can enroll in trials, buy retail items, or register for memberships/events
  2. Internal Enrollment Tool
    • Use this to manually register someone for a membership or trial directly from within the CRM
    • Perfect for front desk staff or enrolling someone after an in-person visit or phone call
  3. Point of Sale
    • Use the built-in point of sale tool to sell products directly by you or one of your front desk staff

Trials

Trial Products allow you to sell introductory programs — a great way to get prospects in the door, experience your classes, and convert into long-term members.

Why Trials Matter in the CRM

  • When someone signs up for a trial, their User Type automatically updates to “Trial”
  • This enables powerful tracking and automation:
    • Track how many trials you’re generating weekly/monthly
    • Send targeted automated texts or emails based on their status
    • Build custom workflows like “Send a welcome message 2 minutes after sign-up”

  • Sold manually using the Internal Enrollment Tool
  • Connected to workflows and automated communications

Memberships

Membership Products are the core of your billing system inside Market Muscles CRM. They enable you to bill your customers on a recurring basis — weekly, monthly, annually, or based on custom durations — with complete flexibility and automation.

This is how your members get enrolled, tracked, and billed properly, ensuring a smooth experience for both your business and your students.

Why Memberships Matter

  • Automate recurring payments with ease
  • Assign students to the correct rosters and classes
  • Control attendance limits
  • Create flexible billing structures (including trials, down payments, or prepaid memberships)
  • Power your reporting and revenue insights
