Opportunities Overview

Overview

The Opportunities section provides a visual, Kanban-style board that helps you track and manage contacts as they move through different stages of your sales or membership lifecycle. From this view, you can quickly update statuses, take action on contacts, and automate workflows based on progress.


The Key Steps

Click Contacts in the left-hand navigation menu.
From your dashboard, locate and click Contacts.

Click Opportunities.
Under Contacts, select Opportunities to open the Opportunities board.

View your Opportunities Kanban board.
You’ll see a visual board with columns representing each status in your contact lifecycle (leads, trials, members, and more).

Drag and drop contacts between statuses.
Click and drag a contact card from one column to another to quickly update their status as they move through your pipeline.

Take action directly from the board.
From each contact card, you can edit contact details, place calls, or compose emails without leaving the Opportunities page.


Managing Opportunity Statuses

Open the Statuses section.
Navigate to the Statuses area to customize how your Opportunities board is structured.

Create a new status.
Add a new status by naming it based on your process (for example, “First Attempted Contact”).

Reorder statuses.
Drag statuses into your preferred order. The Opportunities board will update immediately to reflect the new sequence.

Return to Opportunities to see updates.
Once reordered, your Opportunities board will display the updated status order.


Automations & Workflows

Move contacts to trigger automations.
When contacts are moved between statuses, they can trigger automated workflows configured in the Workflows section (covered in a separate video).
