CRM Dashboard Overview
This article provides an overview of the Market Muscles CRM Dashboard, explaining what you’ll see after logging in and how to use the tools available to monitor and manage your business at a glance.
The Key Steps
Log into your Market Muscles CRM.
After logging in, you’ll land on the Dashboard Overview, which gives you a snapshot of your business performance and daily activity.
Review your key performance metrics.
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see important metrics such as:
- Revenue
- Members Added
- Expected Income
- Monthly vitals and performance indicators
Scroll down to view additional Dashboard widgets.
As you scroll, you may see widgets including:
- Revenue graphs
- Open invoices
- Past-due and upcoming tasks
- Recent contacts
- Upcoming birthdays
- Appointments
- Unread messages
- Lead performance graphs
- Google reviews
Available widgets depend on which features and integrations are enabled in your account.
Customizing Your Dashboard
Customize the layout to fit your needs.
You can remove widgets you don’t need and resize others to focus on the information that matters most to your business.
Save or reset your layout.
Once customized, you can save the layout or reset it to the default view at any time.
Shared Dashboard view.
Dashboard layouts are shared across all users within the same location.
Lock the Dashboard layout (Admins only).
Admins can lock the layout to prevent other users from making changes.
Using the Global Search Bar
Search across your entire CRM.
Use the search bar at the top of the Dashboard to quickly find contacts, families, sales pages, forms, schedulers, and more.
Take bulk actions from search results.
When multiple results appear, you can perform bulk actions such as:
- Adding notes
- Updating tags
- Sending emails or SMS messages
- Assigning workflows
Making Calls from the Dashboard
Start outbound calls directly from the CRM.
Click the Make a Call button to place calls using your integrated phone number.
Choose how the call is placed.
You can call an existing contact or enter a custom phone number. Calls are placed using your connected Twilio or internet phone number.
Viewing Release Notes
Stay up to date with platform updates.
Access Release Notes to view the latest improvements, new features, and bug fixes within the Market Muscles CRM.
Accessing Support and Help
Get help when you need it.
Click the Live Chat button to:
- Search help articles
- View AI-powered answers
- Email the support team
- Chat live with support during business hours
Explore additional support options.
From the support area, you can also open tickets, schedule calls, and browse the full help center.
Using Kai (AI Assistant)
Ask questions about your CRM data.
Kai is a built-in AI assistant that can answer questions about your account, such as:
- Lead and contact counts
- Tag usage
- Upcoming birthdays and activities
Kai only accesses data from your system and is continuously updated.
Managing Your Profile and Business Settings
Update your user profile.
Click your initials in the top corner to update your name, email, password, enable two-factor authentication, or log out of other sessions.
Manage business settings.
From Manage Business, you can:
- Update your business name and time zone
- Add staff members
- Assign roles and permissions
- Create API keys for external integrations
