How to Turn Off Your Automated Workflows

The Key Steps

1. Click on the Communication dropdown menu in your left-hand navigation menu on your backend dashboard.
2. Click Workflows in the sub-menu.
3. Click on the Workflow Name you'd like to turn off.
4. Click the Actions Dropdown in the top right.
5. Click Edit Workflow in the dropdown menu.
6. Click the Publish toggle to off in the top-right, next to the green save button
7. Click the green Save Button to save changes. 
8. The workflow should now have a status of Draft, and messages from that workflow should no longer be sent out.
