Setting Up Your Reputation Section For Reviews

The Key Steps

1. Click the Marketing Dropdown in your left-hand navigation menu on your backend dashboard. 
2. Click the Reputation Dropdown in the Marketing sub-menu.
3. Click Overview to be directed to where you can log in to your Facebook and/or Google Business Profiles to have a live look at the reviews those business profiles are receiving and have the ability to reply to them as well. 

Setting Up Notifications for When Reviews Come In

1. Click Settings in your left-hand navigation menu
2. Click Notifications in the settings menu
3. In the New Reviews section, click the green Add Notification button to add an email address you'd like to receive notifications when someone submits a review
4. Once you've added the email you want to be notified, click the green Add Notification button in the bottom-right of the screen.
