How to Add/Edit Messages in a Workflow

The Key Steps

  1. Click Communications on your left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click Workflows in the dropdown menu to see the list of workflows built out.
  3. Click on the title of the workflow you'd like to add/edit messages.
  4. Click the Actions dropdown in the top right of the page. 
  5. Click Edit Workflow to be directed to the editor of the workflow. 
  6. To edit a message, click one of the messages (either sms or email) to edit the subject or body of the email. 
  7. to add a message, click a blue "+" to add a message or time delay. 
  8. After making the edits, click the green Save button in the top right.
