How to Add/Edit Messages in a Workflow
The Key Steps
- Click Communications on your left-hand navigation menu.
- Click Workflows in the dropdown menu to see the list of workflows built out.
- Click on the title of the workflow you'd like to add/edit messages.
- Click the Actions dropdown in the top right of the page.
- Click Edit Workflow to be directed to the editor of the workflow.
- To edit a message, click one of the messages (either sms or email) to edit the subject or body of the email.
- to add a message, click a blue "+" to add a message or time delay.
- After making the edits, click the green Save button in the top right.
