How to Remove Contacts From a Workflow
The Key Steps
Method 1:
- Click the Communication dropdown on your backend dashboard
- Click Workflows in the sub-menu
- Click the Title of the Workflow you'd like to remove a contact from
- Click the Contact Name you'd like to remove to see the contact details
- Click the Workflows tab in the contact details to view all the workflows that the contact is currently added in
- Click End Workflow to remove them & stop sending messages to that contact from that workflow
Method 2:
- Go into the Contact Profile for the contact you'd like to remove-- either by searching their name, email, or phone number in the top search bar
- Click Workflow in the navigation menu to the left of the contact information.
- Click End Workflow under their most recent steps and next steps to remove them from the workflow they are currently in.
