How to Remove Contacts From a Workflow

The Key Steps

Method 1:

  1. Click the Communication dropdown on your backend dashboard
  2. Click Workflows in the sub-menu
  3. Click the Title of the Workflow you'd like to remove a contact from
  4. Click the Contact Name you'd like to remove to see the contact details
  5. Click the Workflows tab in the contact details to view all the workflows that the contact is currently added in
  6. Click End Workflow to remove them & stop sending messages to that contact from that workflow

Method 2:

  1. Go into the Contact Profile for the contact you'd like to remove-- either by searching their name, email, or phone number in the top search bar
  2. Click Workflow in the navigation menu to the left of the contact information. 
  3. Click End Workflow under their most recent steps and next steps to remove them from the workflow they are currently in.
