How to Remove Contacts From a Workflow

The Key Steps

1. Click the Communication dropdown on your backend dashboard
2. Click Workflows in the sub-menu
3. Click the Title of the Workflow you'd like to remove a contact from
4. Click the Contact Name you'd like to remove to see the contact details
5. Click the Workflows tab in the contact details to view all the workflows that contact is currently added in
6. Click End Workflow to remove them & stop sending messages to that contact from that workflow
