How to Set Up Your Chat Bot

The Key Steps

  1. Select Tools from your action bar on the left.
  2. Click into Chat Bot.
  3. Click on the Download Chatbot Content button if you want to utilize the pre-made content.
  4. Click into the Settings tab on the right side.
    1. Click on the Add Image button to set your chatbot icon.
    2. Choose the color you want the top bar of your chat bot to be.
  5. Click back into the Chat Bot tab.
    1. Click the Add Chat Dialogue button.
    2. Add the Title for the chat dialogue.
    3. Click Add Response to add a response that will populate when this dialogue title is selected in the bot. You can add multiple responses under one chat dialogue.
  6. Scroll to the top of the page to select the Update button and get a preview of the dialogue and responses you added. 
  7. When you're ready to activate the bot on your website, toggle the Enable button to Yes and click Update.

Setting Up Your Chat Bot

The chat bot is completely automated, so you won't have to worry about responding to anyone who uses it. You're able to add different options to your chat bot and share information with your site visitors.

1. Select  Tools from your action bar on the left and click into Chat Bot.

3. Click back into the Chat Bot tab.Click the Add Chat Dialogue button.
