How to Add a Contact

The Key Steps

  1. Click the CRM Icon on the left-hand side and click All Contacts in the Contacts sub-menu
  2. Select the Add Contact button
  3. Insert the required information
  4. Scroll down and click Add Contact at the bottom of the screen

Adding a Contact

When users complete your opt-in form, they will automatically be added to your dashboard as a contact. To manually add new leads to your Market Muscles dashboard, you will add them as a new contact. 

To access your contacts page, click on the Contacts icon from the action bar on the left-hand side of your admin panel.

From here, you can manually create a new contact by clicking on the Add Contact button.

When creating a new contact you'll need to provide their name, email, and phone number. You also can change their status from the default option, New. If they are interested in a specific program, you can select which program from under the Interested In section. 

If you have multiple locations, you will need to specify which location they're interested in from the School Location field. 

You also have the ability to manually add tags to the contact's profile by selecting them from the Tags field.

After adding all of the information for the contact, click on the Add Contact button.
