How to Change a Lead Status
The Key Steps
- Click the CRM icon on the left-hand menu and click All Contacts in the Contact sub-menu
- Navigate to the lead you would like to adjust and click on their name
- Click Edit on the top right of the contact's profile
- Select the drop-down menu next to Status and select desired lead status
- Scroll down and click Save Contact to complete

How to Change a Lead Status
When a contact moves through your customer journey, you can keep track of where they are by changing their status. If you have already built out your statuses, you can easily change a contact's status from their contact profile.
To navigate to your list of contacts, click on the CRM icon and click All Contacts in the Contact sub-menu. Find the contact you want to edit and click on their name.
From the contact's profile, click on the Edit button.
To edit the contact's status, click on the Status field to open the drop-down menu. Select what you want the new status to be from the options in the drop-down.
To save the contact's new status, click on the Save Contact button.
