How to Set Up Facebook Live Chat

1. Click on Settings from the navigation panel and select Marketing
2. Select the Settings tab
3. Click on the Live Chat tab
   1. enter your Facebook Page ID 
   2. Check the Enabled box
4. Click the green Update button

How to Setup Facebook Live Chat

One of the available features on your website you can turn on is a linked Facebook live chat. This chat lets users who come to your website chat directly with you in a chat box. 

In order to set this feature up, first, click on the Settings icon and then click on Marketing.

From the marketing settings page, click open to the Live Chat tab. 

Click the Enabled box to turn the feature on. 

You will also need to link your facility's page in the Page ID field. 

>> In order to get the page ID from your Facebook page, you will need to sign into your Facebook page account and open to the page you want to link. 

>>>From your facility's Facebook page, click on the About Tab and scroll down to the Page Info section. 

You will need to copy the page ID from Facebook and paste it to the Page ID field in Market Muscles.

Once you've turned the live chat on and pasted the page ID, click on the green Update button under the Publish section.

Now when users come to your site, they'll be able to send chats to your Facebook page's chat.
